This program consists of two separate, yet complementary tracks. The leadership track helps your team leaders enhance their “soft skills”. Communication, time management, organizational skills, and motivational skills are some of the subjects addressed in this track.
There is also a developmental track for the team members. This track targets the skills to help them reduce work and personal stress, as well as find better life management and coping skills. Completion of this track will help your staff become more open, engaged and loyal team members.
The course is taught by Marty VerShaw, an internationally known speaker, trainer, and coach who, for the past 15 years, has been helping individuals and organizations realize their potential.
